Raccoons: Highly adaptable and intelligent, raccoons break into dumpsters, warehouses, and storage areas in search of food. They tear through roofing, insulation, and ductwork, leaving behind extensive damage. Their droppings can spread parasites such as roundworm, creating health risks for employees and customers. Once raccoons find a reliable food source, they return nightly and quickly become a recurring problem without trapping.

Opossums: These nocturnal scavengers often invade dumpsters, loading docks, and sheltered utility areas. While generally less aggressive than raccoons, opossums carry fleas, ticks, and parasites that spread to people and pets. Their presence in and around facilities creates sanitation concerns and alarms employees working at night.

Feral Cats: Stray cats gather where food and shelter are available, such as warehouses, storage yards, or trash areas. Over time, they form colonies that are difficult to control without professional trapping. Feral cats carry fleas and parasites, and their urine and droppings create odor and sanitation issues. Their presence also attracts additional pests, including rodents and wildlife.

Skunks: Known for their powerful spray, skunks burrow under buildings, decks, and storage units, creating both odor and structural concerns. Their spray can contaminate products, equipment, and work areas, while their digging damages foundations and landscaping. Skunks also carry rabies and other diseases, adding liability risks for facilities.
